From U.S1 turn east on North Beach Causeway Drive follow it until you reach U.S. A1A head north until reach the St. Lucie County Indian River County line. Your first turn to the left is the entrance to Round Island. This ramp is the best ramp for fishing the northern part of the Indian River and for Kayaks and canoes. The park has 2 ramps, a sandy beach of to the right for Kayaks. There is no dangerous current and there is a channel to the ICW but follow the makers. If you turn left once past the first island is gets real skinny follow the north bank. There is a picnic area and restrooms. This is a great place for family outings.
